Order Processing
We strive to ship most orders within 1–3 business days of confirmation. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing times may be extended slightly, and we thank you for your patience.
Note: Orders are processed exclusively on business days (Monday–Friday).
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
- Standard Shipping Time: 7–20 days (varies by destination).
- Checkout Estimate: An approximate delivery date will be displayed during checkout for your reference.
- Shipping Notification: Upon shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package from our fulfillment center to your address.
- Account Access: Registered users can also view tracking details in their account’s Purchase History.
- Tracking Updates: If tracking information is not immediately visible, please allow up to 24 hours for updates after the carrier’s first scan.
- Late Deliveries: If your package exceeds the estimated delivery date, check your order status in the Account Center or contact our team for assistance.
- Shipping Restrictions: We cannot ship to all countries. If your location is outside our service area, please reach out—we will endeavor to help where possible.
